Dale Dickey (born September 29, 1961) is an American film, stage and television character actress. Dickey has won the Independent Spirit Award for Best Supporting Female for her performance as Merab in the 2010 independent drama film ''Winter's Bone''. She is also known for her character roles in the number of mainstream and independent films as of early 2000s, and for recurring performances in television shows such as ''My Name Is Earl'', ''Breaking Bad'', ''True Blood'' and ''Justified''.
